  • Provide nationwide title, closing, settlement, and appraisal solutions for mortgage lenders

  • Support real estate transactions by assisting internal and external customers with inquiries
  • Manage employees directly engaged in client management
  • Implement and support strategies focused on building and maintaining client relationships

  • Follow standard procedures and guidelines
  • Collaborate with related teams and understand how assigned duties integrate with team functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
  • Work hours Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM EST
  • Knowledge of Uniform Standard of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines, federal and state appraisal laws
  • Ability to provide high-level customer service
  • Ability to manage workload under general supervision
  • Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established options
