Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
  • Ability to establish new escrow accounts, manage funds, process closing documents, and complete settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ability to act as a neutral liaison between file parties and adhere to company policy
  • Ability to monitor and mitigate risk
  • Ability to recognize and solve atypical problems
  • Ability to evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex information
  • Ability to work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify work practices and processes
  • Ability to act as a resource for less experienced team members
