About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide consultative and client service support as an e-Discovery subject matter expert
  • Manage eDiscovery cases from consultation on best collection practices through document production
  • Provide guidance and general oversight throughout the e-discovery life cycle
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and deliver electronic discovery projects
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among clients, technology staff, legal case teams, vendors, outside counsel legal teams, and support staff
  • Consult and coordinate ESI collection, management, review, processing, and production
  • Provide daily status updates, data integrity, and service quality
  • Gather and document client project specifications
  • Coordinate with the eDiscovery Project Analyst and/or vendor to ensure requirements and timelines are understood
  • Identify and manage project issues and risks
  • Communicate cost-effective solutions to clients using critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Perform quality control and quality assurance of project data before client delivery
  • Document project expectations in statements of work, project specifications, and design documentation
  • Absorb and critically analyze information, prepare summary reports, and present them to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the litigation support/legal industry
  • 2-3 years of Project Management experience with on-time deliverables
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the electronic discovery records model (EDRM)
  • Knowledge of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Knowledge of litigation review platforms, including Technology Assisted Review, Gen LLM, and RAG
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, oral presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts and identify and resolve problems
  • Good judgment, discretion, teamwork/cooperation, initiative, and adaptability
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to handle multiple demands/priorities and a variety of projects
  • Ability to understand and practice confidentiality
  • Extensive knowledge of ESI concepts, principles, management, and processing as they relate to legal matters
  • Ability to apply system analysis techniques and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery review platforms such as Concordance and Relativity
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time
