About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive hotel revenue by identifying and developing potential markets
  • Maintain relationships with third-party planners
  • Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales
  • Background in hospitality or convention center operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies, including market analysis and competitive data interpretation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans while managing multiple properties
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet sales goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Occasional travel to meet clients and attend events
