About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Strategic and Engaged client accounts
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including executive sponsors
  • Act as an internal advocate for the client while balancing business needs
  • Maintain accountability for account health, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth
  • Lead regular business reviews and strategic check-ins
  • Develop and maintain account plans aligned to client goals and Stoneridge capabilities
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Practice Leaders and Sales Executives to scope, position, and price new engagements
  • Support deal execution and coordination
  • Contribute to proposal development and follow-through
  • Maintain accountability for revenue growth, retention, and expansion
  • Build knowledge of Stoneridge offerings, Microsoft solutions, and industry trends
  • Provide strategic oversight of delivery across client engagements
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and resource alignment with Delivery and Support teams
  • Serve as an escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution
  • Support successful onboarding and transition into delivery
  • Maintain strategic engagement throughout delivery
  • Intervene to address risks, misalignment, or relationship concerns
  • Maintain accurate client data, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Leverage data to inform account strategy and improve client outcomes
  • Support ownership and transition of opportunities from Sales to Client Partner
  • Manage renewal timing and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate across client lifecycle stages
  • Regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada, with travel up to 25%
  • Attend industry events from time to time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, client delivery, or account management within a B2B or software environment
  • Strong experience managing client relationships in complex delivery environments (e.g., ERP, technology implementations)
  • Proven ability to drive account growth, retention, and client satisfaction
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, and Practice leadership
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and enterprise software solutions preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and follow-through
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
