About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own top-of-funnel systems and campaigns across Pardot, Storyblok website forms, list uploads, Clay, and Pardot nurture programs, sequences, and webinar flows
- Build and send list emails and sequences in Pardot and Knak
- Build and run segmented nurture programs in Engagement Studio and rebuild them based on results
- Set up webinars end to end, including registration forms, Zuddl-to-Pardot sync, campaign IDs, reminders, and follow-up
- Build form handlers, autoresponders, and landing-page forms
- Load lead lists with correct campaign, source, and consent data; manage intake, SLA, and pre-launch QA
- Test subject lines, send times, and content; personalize by segment, industry, and lifecycle stage
- Administer Pardot and its Salesforce sync, including users, connectors, field mapping, and campaign member status
- Own and document integrations between Pardot, Salesforce, the website, Zuddl, Knak, Meta, and Google Ads
- Run Clay enrichment waterfalls, list building, and signal tables for BDR routing
- Evaluate, buy, and renew marketing tools
- Own lead scoring, grading, lifecycle stages, and handoff rules to BDRs and AEs
- Integrate self-serve signups and product usage into scoring and lifecycle
- Own warehouse, Pardot, and Salesforce synchronization in both directions
- Maintain database quality through deduplication, normalization, suppression lists, and GDPR consent management
- Own campaign taxonomy and UTM standards
- Write SQL and Salesforce reports; build funnel and pipeline-by-source reports in the BI tool
- Monitor email deliverability, including domain health, bounce rates, and spam rates
- Template and automate repeat requests using Clay, Claude, n8n, or Zapier with QA and fallback processes
- Write playbooks and train marketers to self-serve
- Report monthly on funnel, request, automation, database, deliverability, and engagement metrics
- Work across Demand Generation, Events, Content, Partner Marketing, Sales Development, Sales Operations, and Analytics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years in marketing operations or marketing automation, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Pardot administration: Salesforce connector, Engagement Studio, form handlers, and campaign sync
- Salesforce fluency: campaigns, lead and contact fields, reports, and dashboards
- Experience building nurture programs and demonstrating conversion impact
- Experience running a high-volume request queue and reducing request time with templates and automation
- Experience shipping and maintaining automations with a workflow builder and LLM tools
- Lead scoring, lifecycle, and routing experience with results
- Working SQL
- Hands-on experience with an enrichment tool such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or Apollo
- Knowledge of GDPR and consent management across regions
- AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools while applying sound judgment and critical thinking
- Ability to operate a high-volume request queue on an SLA with QA before every launch
- Systems thinking across Pardot, Salesforce, the website, Clay, and the warehouse
- Ability to pull own numbers, define fields, and build reports without an analyst
- Attention to detail and testing discipline
- Cross-functional coordination and clear written communication
