About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Configure and successfully unit test Workday requirements
  • Identify process improvements
  • Develop medium to high complexity reports
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of client deliverables on Workday projects
  • Manage medium to large bodies of work from start to finish across multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Develop subject matter expertise internally and externally
  • Deploy and/or support Workday HCM and/or Financials applications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in planning, design, configuration, testing and deployment of client solutions
  • Execute project tasks on time and within Strada quality standards
  • Specialize and deepen skills in areas such as Compensation, Benefits or Financials
  • Create work estimates for medium to large bodies of work
  • Develop relationships with project team members, management and external clients
  • Provide consultative advice and recommendations to clients
  • Lead client discussions on basic scope and solutions
  • Direct and review deliverables from less experienced colleagues
  • Participate in or project manage internal initiatives, process improvements, methodology updates, best-practice documentation and functional/technical collateral
  • Lead requirements discussions for low to medium complexity AMS items and participate in high-complexity requirements processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline
  • 2 to 3 plus years of experience in one or more technologies
  • 2 to 3 plus years of experience in Workday Integrations developing EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, Reports, etc.
  • Previous program/project management experience required
  • Experience implementing/supporting Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, other SaaS based applications or similar is preferred
  • Previous development experience and understanding of the different phases of development life cycle expected
  • Previous analyst experience, technical or functional, expected
  • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization
  • Familiarity or prior work experience with object oriented programming, API’s, XML rendering, XLT’s, webservices
  • This role does not support sponsorship
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Workday Studio Certification preferred
  • Workday Report/Prism Certification preferred
  • Workday Integrations Certified strongly preferred
  • If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certification, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role
  • Applicants must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship in the Employing Country
