About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and roll out STRADE’s global HR strategy and priorities
- Apply and continuously improve HR processes, policies and initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, performance, talent and leadership development initiatives
- Support succession planning and engagement surveys, including analysis and follow-up
- Support change management and company-wide people initiatives
- Coordinate and support recruitment, hiring and promotion processes
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and offboarding
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
- Handle day-to-day HR matters
- Manage HR administration, including payroll inputs, employment contracts, employee documentation, HR data and reporting
- Apply compensation and benefits strategy and coordinate administration with local providers
- Coordinate and manage external HR providers across locations
- Manage the HR administration budget
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations and relevant standards
- Apply and maintain HR policies, frameworks and best practices across locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling diverse HR functions in an international environment
- Experience in HR operations, hire-to-retire administration and policy application
- Experience across the full hire-to-retire process, including labor law, compensation and recruitment
- Experience working closely with management and team leaders
- Ability to execute independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent
- Excellent command of English
