About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the City Manager and a small team
- Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned operating region
- Focus on inventory and revenue management
- Manage customer experience and service
- Handle other ad hoc initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience, e.g. hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, inventory management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for customer service
- Friendly positive attitude and team player
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- Interest in football is a BIG PLUS
- Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS
- Hospitality experience a PLUS
- Franchise Development or Support experience a PLUS
- Position is fully remote/virtual (e.g., based in the Philippines)
- Working hours will align with the operational timezone of the assigned region
