About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee customer installations and provide training, accompanying examinations and procedures when necessary
  • Define and organize industry events and contact speakers through leading professional associations
  • Conduct practical equipment demonstrations
  • Develop market entry and growth strategies for the product line through business plans, market analysis, and competitor studies
  • Analyze the market through customer visits, event participation, and market intelligence reports
  • Technically evaluate new products and the sales potential of new manufacturers
  • Recommend equipment pricing based on market conditions and identify technical advantages over competitors
  • Conduct external product training for customers
  • Support sales and technical service teams through training, answering questions, and accompanying them on customer visits
  • Prepare and monitor the department’s financial expense spreadsheets on a monthly basis
  • Collaborate on the preparation, translation, and review of technical documents for certification and the submission of registrations to ANVISA
  • Maintain contact with suppliers through meetings, distributor events, and sales report updates
  • Work with the Planning and Demand team to classify products and estimate purchase quantities based on the sales pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Specialization or postgraduate degree/MBA in Marketing or Project Management preferred
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of marketing management
  • Experience in Diagnostic Imaging and Radiology within hospitals and imaging clinics
  • Willingness to travel
  • Category B driver’s license
