About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the CHRO and senior leadership to develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting outcomes across corporate, technical, construction, and data center operations roles.
  • Personally lead executive and hard-to-fill searches.
  • Design and execute college partnership and early-career recruiting programs.
  • Build internships, apprenticeships, co-ops, and rotational workforce pipeline programs.
  • Develop locally tailored pipeline strategies for each operating market.
  • Partner with workforce development boards, trade associations, and community organizations.
  • Track pipeline conversion, retention, and program ROI.
  • Design scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and service-level agreements.
  • Establish talent acquisition metrics and dashboards, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and diversity of slate.
  • Select, implement, and optimize the ATS and recruiting technology stack, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Lead employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Manage executive search firms, staffing agencies, and recruiting vendors.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and hiring managers on competitive offers and candidate transition.
  • Train hiring managers and promote consistent interviewing and timely hiring decisions.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Build rapid-hiring capability for site launches, market expansions, and acquisitions.
  • Own the talent acquisition budget and report to the CHRO and executive team.
  • Advise the CHRO and business leaders on labor market trends, wage pressures, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in a talent acquisition leadership role managing a team of recruiters.
  • Proven track record building and scaling a talent acquisition function within a high-growth, multi-site, or geographically distributed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across corporate, professional, technical, operational, construction, or field-based positions.
  • Deep expertise in modern sourcing strategies, employer branding, and full-cycle recruiting best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner effectively with senior leaders, including C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals.
  • Ability to commute to the Frisco, TX headquarters regularly throughout the work week.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Experience in data center, critical infrastructure, real estate, construction, or engineering industries.
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting for hyperscale, wholesale colocation, or capital-project-driven organizations.
  • Preferred: SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, AIRS, or other relevant HR or talent acquisition certification.
  • Preferred: Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS or HRIS platform, such as Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design principles.
  • Preferred: Experience building diversity sourcing strategies and partnering with community and industry organizations.
  • Preferred: Experience building early-career, campus, or workforce pipeline programs.
  • Preferred: Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools and technologies.
