About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own SDR team targets against the revenue plan and track monthly, quarterly and annual performance
- Report performance to Sales leadership
- Lead a team of 6+ SDRs
- Run one-to-ones, call coaching, performance reviews and development plans
- Hold the team accountable for results
- Design and run onboarding curriculum, certification paths, call-coaching frameworks and ongoing skills programs
- Own and update messaging, objection handling and qualification criteria with Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales Engineering
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on interviewing, hiring and onboarding new SDRs
- Allocate territories, accounts and resources across the team
- Adjust coverage as segments and priorities shift
- Use Salesforce and Gong to diagnose performance and conduct call reviews
- Improve conversion, ramp time and meeting quality
- Establish hand-off and pipeline standards with Account Executive leadership
- Report to the VP of Revenue Operations
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Marketing, Product Marketing and Sales Engineering
- Help build and scale Stream's SDR operating system and enablement program
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years managing a sales development or inside sales team, with direct accountability for team quota
- 3+ years in SaaS sales, including time as an SDR or in a comparable outbound role
- Experience building or substantially improving enablement assets: onboarding programs, playbooks, certification or coaching frameworks
- Track record of hiring, ramping and retaining early-career sales talent
- Fluency with Claude, Salesforce, Gong and modern prospecting and engagement tools
- Habit of managing performance with data
- Hands-on coaching style with credibility to get on a call and set the standard
- Bonus: experience growing an outbound team at an API-led, developer-focused or infrastructure SaaS company
- Bonus: formal sales enablement experience or owning an enablement function alongside management
- Bonus: experience managing across US and EMEA time zones
- Bonus: experience embedding a sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message
- Bonus: experience as an SDR at a high-growth company
- Bonus: experience partnering with RevOps on territory design, capacity planning or sourced-pipeline forecasting
- Bonus: experience running an enablement program that measurably reduced time to first meeting or quota
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment, generally 3 days per week in the Boulder office
