About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain WiFi support, management, and connectivity standards across all parks
- Oversee VoIP phone infrastructure, including upgrades, standards, and ongoing management
- Establish and enforce hardware standards for park and corporate environments
- Define and manage IT support and escalation paths for park-level technology issues
- Support employee technology setup after HR Compliance initiates onboarding
- Manage relationships and performance accountability for technology vendors
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across core platforms
- Manage vendor renewals, service-level agreements, technology stack decisions, and contract negotiations with the COO
- Coordinate technology support for newly acquired parks and team members
- Administer and expand Slack workflows and email platform standards
- Lead call center and AI chatbot/voice assistant initiatives
- Own mobile app rollout, vendor coordination, marketing coordination, park onboarding, and ongoing management
- Identify and evaluate technology opportunities that improve the guest experience
- Maintain two-way SMS/texting capability across park properties
- Partner with HR Compliance on access protocols and resolve post-onboarding employee access issues
- Implement role-based access policies, MFA/SSO, and password management standards
- Monitor third-party system access and maintain cybersecurity awareness practices
- Handle incident response and staff notification
- Support AI tool implementation, research use cases, pilot platforms, and drive adoption
- Maintain the technology roadmap with the COO
- Identify automation and integration opportunities
- Partner with the COO on emerging technology initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in IT management, technology operations, or technology enablement roles
- Experience supporting multi-location operations; hospitality, outdoor/lodging, or retail environments preferred
- Proven vendor management and technology rollout experience
- Familiarity with property management systems, communication platforms (Slack), and guest-facing technology
- Exposure to AI tools and a track record of driving adoption of new technology
- Strong communicator — comfortable presenting to leadership and working directly with park staff
- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, VoIP, and hardware management
