About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Grow existing accounts by adding extra branches and additional modules
- Inform clients about new Spectre features and functionality and demonstrate their use
- Own the pipeline from first conversation through close and hit expansion targets
- Work with Marketing to identify standout client results and turn them into case studies
- Ensure client feedback reaches the relevant Product and Sales teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a target-driven role, such as sales development, account management, or commercially focused customer success
- Customer-focused, enthusiastic and motivated by hitting targets
- Confident on the phone, comfortable handling objections, and able to close a deal
- Ability to use data to build a case and spot opportunities
- Highly organised and able to manage a busy pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and systems quickly, including CRM and AI-assisted workflows
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be able to perform the work specified
