About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end client onboarding and technical implementations within defined timeframes and scope
Monitor go-live milestones, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep timelines on track
Configure software/platform settings, user accounts, and workflows based on client specifications
Set up products and medication templates in EMR
Set up user accounts for HubSpot clarifications
Configure web hooks via LifeFile when no integration is needed
Hand off partners to the Client Solutions team when an API integration is identified
Assist with data mapping, import/export tasks, and initial data validation
Diagnose and resolve technical implementation issues independently or with Client Solutions technical support
Conduct virtual live training for admin users and end-users
Advise clients on prescribing best practices to maximize compounded prescription accuracy
Partner with Sales and Customer Success Manager teams for seamless handoffs and client satisfaction
Monitor prescriptions for clinical and formatting accuracy and conduct outreach when issues are identified, from the first prescription through account activation (10th prescription)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years experience as a registered pharmacy technician
Holds a PTCB certification
Implementation experience OR strong understanding of EMR platforms
Strong technical writing skills (SOPs, product changes, client documentation)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with both technical teams and client stakeholders
