About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of the Compliance Program across Brazil and regional projects in Latin America
  • Provide compliance guidance to employees and business partners on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct due diligence reviews and support risk assessments related to third parties, business activities, and compliance initiatives
  • Review and coordinate approvals for educational events, healthcare professional engagements, bids, tenders, and consulting payments
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend practical solutions supporting business operations and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely compliance records, documentation, and systems
  • Investigate and escalate documentation inconsistencies or compliance concerns
  • Deliver training on applicable laws, regulations, company policies, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Legal, or a related function
  • Fluent Portuguese and English skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience supporting compliance reviews, risk assessments, audits, investigations, or related governance activities
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Compliance, Law, Business Administration, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or related regulated industry
  • Preferred: Professional proficiency in Spanish
