Key responsibilities & impact

Lead delivery of analytics initiatives by managing priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across a portfolio of projects
Develop and deliver analytics solutions, including reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that support business decision-making
Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenge assumptions, and shape analytics solutions and delivery plans that meet business needs and drive adoption
Partner with business leaders to communicate project status, identify risks, and resolve prioritization or resource challenges
Coach, develop, and support a team of analytics professionals through onboarding, performance management, and career development
Review analytics solutions, validate assumptions, and provide technical guidance to improve solution quality and consistency
Identify and deploy opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, self-service analytics, modern analytics tools, and AI-driven solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of people leadership, team leadership, project leadership, or formal coaching experience
Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders, navigating competing priorities, and leading teams through change
Experience delivering analytics solutions from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support
Experience using business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies
Experience developing and troubleshooting data models, including relationships, measures, and semantic models, to support analytics and reporting solutions
Preferred: Master’s degree
Preferred: Experience with analytics automation and AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, GitHub Copilot, Databricks, Python, DAX, and M
Preferred: Experience supporting multiple business functions or stakeholder groups within a matrixed organization
