About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Promote Sage Products to nurses, clinicians, and appropriate hospital staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and develop customer relationships
  • Complete extensive product training and tailor promotional messages to customer knowledge and needs
  • Advise on appropriate product selection and answer product functionality questions
  • Differentiate Sage products from competitors
  • Assist with hospital surveys
  • Support post-sale implementation and training, including customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Solve customer problems through a consultative approach
  • Assist in preparing for and operating trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
  • Follow facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines during product evaluations
  • Travel approximately 60%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years professional experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with reports and budget
  • Customer service skills
  • Valid driver license in the state of residence
  • Good driving record
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including stress management, people management and conflict management
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise
  • Written and oral communication skills, including presenting to large groups
  • Ability to manage time and complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize work and maintain detailed and confidential records
  • Unwavering ethics and integrity
  • Ability to move, set up and demonstrate products weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling
  • Eye, hand, and foot coordination; ability to grasp by hand; visual and auditory discrimination/memory; reading ability and memory retention
