About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support territory growth through sales activities, account management, and customer engagement
  • Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions in operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings
  • Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff
  • Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities
  • Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements
  • Partner with Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development
  • Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to customer education and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory, including customer sites, healthcare facilities, and business meetings
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales, field sales, business development, account management, customer success, territory management, or a customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Experience managing responsibilities through work experience, athletics, academic programs, military service, or leadership activities (preferred)
  • Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, business-to-business sales, or other performance-driven environments (preferred)
  • Experience supporting customers in a fast-paced, team-based environment (preferred)
  • Ability to travel 30%
