About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and strengthen relationships with teaching institutions, faculty, fellows, residents, and early-career surgeons
  • Act as a key partner between Medical Education, Sales, and academic centers
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies supporting surgeon development and educational experiences
  • Manage internal and external resources supporting strategic direction
  • Apply product and procedural expertise to HCP education programs
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials
  • Develop and manage customer-facing strategy, content, and education programs
  • Drive collaboration with Medical Education, product marketing, and sales training teams
  • Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics, and content delivery
  • Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses
  • Identify and analyze Medical Education program metrics
  • Contribute to Medical Education strategic direction
  • Identify opportunities for new investments
  • Develop KOL networks and gather customer feedback through VOC and surveys
  • Allocate support and resources to leverage programs
  • Adapt Medical Education programs to customer needs and business priorities
  • Define communication channel strategies and desired communication outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of work experience required
  • MBA preferred
  • 3+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Orthopaedic experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Ability to work in the Western region
  • 40% travel
