About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain broad exposure across the IVS division while supporting initiatives in medical education, consultant engagement, and professional society partnerships
- Coordinate educational programs and manage consultant relationships and contracting activities
- Support industry events including trade shows, workshops, cadaver labs, and symposiums
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, legal, and R&D teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships across sales, marketing, Medical Education, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional stakeholders
- Support product, procedural, and competitive landscape engagement objectives
- Develop and enhance educational content and programs using HCP insights, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate Medical Education programs, including logistics, content delivery, trade show support, and exhibit management
- Provide input on workstreams, adapt programs to customer needs, and drive program effectiveness
- Define, track, and evaluate key performance metrics
- Support the consultant network by maintaining relationships, SharePoint sites, dashboards, invoices, applications, and consultant profile information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) preferred
- Ability to travel 30%
