About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with independent judgment and partner with local Account Managers to increase clinical support and education
  • Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques related to Inari products
  • Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments
  • Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies
  • Communicate highly technical information clearly and effectively during fast-paced procedures
  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the company
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
  • Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Inari products, related products, technical knowledge, trends, and market players
  • Collaborate with product development teams on device features and new device development
  • Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred
  • Minimum three (3) years of equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience in a cath lab, nursing, or comparable clinical environment
  • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology
  • Strong clinical acumen
  • Understanding of sales process is a plus
  • Travel up to 80% of the time, locally and regionally, with occasional overnight travel
  • Night/weekend on-call availability per preplanned schedule
  • Ability to perform extensive sitting, standing, and speaking
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
  • Openness to a dynamic work environment with regular interaction with physician and hospital staff customers across several locations
  • Desire to participate in a healthcare team in the treatment of patients and anticipate needs of others
  • Critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to concentrate on detail, work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Comprehensive computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to develop presentation materials
