About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain high-quality consensus demand plans using statistical analysis, cross-functional inputs, and business judgment
Support the Medical Division and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, product launch, and IBP teams
Lead key activities for the Demand Planning function across multiple business segments
Develop demand forecasts influencing inventory strategy, customer service levels, and business performance
Advise senior leadership and translate data into actionable business decisions
Lead the Integrated Business Planning process, aligning demand, supply, and financial plans
Analyze forecasting data, market trends, product lifecycle data, and business intelligence to identify opportunities and risks
Improve forecast accuracy, reduce forecast bias, manage risks, and optimize processes
Support new product launches, commercialization, product transitions, and portfolio growth
Lead supply chain process enhancements and support system and technology advancements
Provide executive-level recommendations and communicate assumptions and risks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
4 years of work experience
Proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Preferred: 4 years of business experience in Supply Chain, Demand Management/Forecasting, Sales, Sales Operations/Planning, Finance/Accounting, or Marketing
APICS accredited or professional supply chain accreditation preferred
Business experience in the medical device or related industry preferred
Prior experience with demand planning tools like SAP, SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Demand Solutions or i2 preferred
Statistical background preferred
Cross-functional experience in related fields preferred
