About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct HR investigations for a high-volume portfolio of cases across multiple countries and divisions
  • Manage intake processes, investigation planning, interviews, recommendations, determinations, and reporting/insights analysis
  • Communicate investigation status updates to relevant managers and HRBPs
  • Make recommendations to HRBPs and leadership regarding investigations and employee relations issues
  • Support high-level, complex cases as needed
  • Analyze HR investigations, employee relations, and other data trends to address and mitigate risk and support the company’s culture of integrity
  • Partner with HR and managers to drive necessary improvements
  • Investigate alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and local HR teams
  • Provide counsel and advice to managers and HRBPs regarding employee relations issues
  • Develop and deliver training to managers, employees, and HRBPs
  • Support definition of employee-relations standards and processes across EMEA/EEMEA
  • Coach HRBPs on employee relations and work-environment matters
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal regarding employee discipline for compliance investigations
  • Report high-level HR investigation results, trends, and analysis to investigation oversight and compliance committees
  • Maintain knowledge of current and emerging laws and regulations
  • Review and update applicable standards, trends, and issues affecting the company work environment and policies
  • Travel 20%

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years professional experience required
  • Employee relations, investigations or business facing HR experience preferred
  • Travel Percentage: 20%
