About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the proper use of products by providing technical support to customers in the operating room during Stryker implant procedures (Hip & Knee product range)
Work closely with the sales team
Support surgeons during Stryker implant procedures
Assist operating room staff when Stryker instruments and ancillary equipment are not yet fully mastered
Contribute to training surgeons, residents, and operating room nurses (IBODEs) on Stryker instruments and specific surgical techniques
Participate in internal product training sessions
Oversee the logistics, ordering, availability, and traceability of kits and consignment inventory
Keep the operating room support schedule up to date
Increase awareness of Stryker and showcase its products during surgical support activities
Remind customers of the features and benefits of Stryker products during procedures, in compliance with the company’s ethical guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

IBODE qualification or Transitional Measures certification
Valid driver’s license
Orthopedic experience preferred
English proficiency is an asset in an international organization and for a position offering career progression
Availability, autonomy, and strong organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Responsiveness and a results-oriented mindset
