About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve regional sales objectives and territory performance goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
  • Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans
  • Experience analyzing sales performance, market opportunities, and business metrics
  • Experience managing forecasts, budgets, or other business performance measures
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Experience within medical device, healthcare, surgical, or healthcare technology industries
  • Preferred: Experience leading field-based sales teams across multiple territories
  • Ability to travel 50%
