About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work directly with Stryker Medical Account Managers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Enter capital orders and manage orders from conversion through customer delivery
Provide two to three sales regions with order entry, conversion, order management, expedites, temporary requests, warranty replacements, sample orders, and troubleshooting support
Communicate with sales representatives, regional managers, and internal teams including IBP, Schedulers, Accounts Receivable, Service Parts, and Marketing
Answer incoming Account Manager calls and emails
Relay customer and sales-force communications to internal teams regarding order management and scheduled capital-equipment delivery dates
Follow standardized order-entry processes to ensure order accuracy
Maintain records according to Stryker specifications
Follow company, departmental, and regulatory procedures; identify and record productivity issues
Build relationships and foster teamwork across teams and departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years related work experience
Experience in SAP (preferred)
Experience in Salesforce (preferred)
Account management experience (preferred)
