About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute internal communication plans supporting business initiatives, organizational priorities, and change management efforts
  • Create and publish content across newsletters, leadership communications, presentations, intranet pages, webcasts, podcasts, and employee messaging platforms
  • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information, develop messaging, and deliver communications aligned to business objectives
  • Manage communication calendars and schedules for timely, consistent delivery across employee audiences
  • Draft and distribute business-critical and time-sensitive communications
  • Edit, proofread, and refine materials for brand and organizational messaging consistency
  • Track communication performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and recommend improvements
  • Create presentations and visual communication materials supporting employee engagement, business updates, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or a related field
  • Experience creating and managing employee-facing communication content across multiple channels
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint, Teams, and virtual communication platforms
  • Experience supporting organizational communications, business transformation, or change management initiatives
  • Strong grammar, copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing, communication automation, or campaign management platforms
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or similar design and content creation tools
  • Experience analyzing communication metrics and engagement data to measure effectiveness and optimize content strategies
