About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide financial insight and support to ProCare business leaders
  • Contribute to month-end close, including journal entries, financial statement consolidation, and variance analysis
  • Serve as primary finance partner to Marketing, Selling, and G&A departments
  • Explain budgeted and projected expenses versus actual results and identify corrective actions
  • Partner with functional leaders on annual budgets and quarterly projections
  • Gather and analyze fee-per-case volume data
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly customer billings
  • Monitor compliance metrics for contractual accuracy
  • Support development of key performance objectives and alignment with business partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience preferred
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Willingness to travel 20%
