About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Stryker’s business operations across multiple divisions through SAP ERP solutions
- Maintain and enhance SAP ERP solutions and translate evolving business needs into solutions
- Manage strategic partners and monitor Run KPIs
- Guide solutions through design, development, enhancements, and deployment
- Ensure solution integrity and smooth implementation across Stryker sites
- Design solutions across process, data, and technology to meet business requirements, standards, and cost/delivery objectives
- Partner with third-party logistics providers to implement and deploy solutions
- Collaborate with functional teams to identify, manage, and resolve system issues, errors, and exceptions
- Monitor solutions during hypercare and accelerate issue resolution
- Build partnerships across commercial, distribution, trade compliance, transportation, finance, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality functions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, SOX, validation, change control, PMO, and documentation standards
- Develop operational reports and system documentation
- Support distribution network transformation and ERP technology consolidation
- Resolve issues that could impact customers or financial reconciliation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required; areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred
- Minimum 8 years of SAP EWM, TM, PP/LE, or IM experience
- Minimum two end-to-end implementations and multiple support projects with exposure to upgrades and rollouts
- Ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones
- SAP GTS experience preferred
- Cross-functional expertise across SAP SD, FI, MM, IM, and Purchasing preferred
- Experience in SAP Interfaces and EDI preferred
- Willingness/ability to travel 10%
