About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain existing business in key upper extremity accounts
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the territory
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement and finance professionals
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
  • Cover cases in operating theatres within key accounts
  • Drive territory growth by consistently delivering a superior customer experience
  • Travel extensively, with travel representing 90% of the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience within the healthcare market, preferably the Medical Device industry
  • Demonstrable track record of success
  • Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at building relationships
  • Commercial acumen
  • Ideally, working knowledge of the NHS and selling in a theatre environment
  • Alignment with Stryker's values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Full, valid UK driver's license
