About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build the sales enablement function for Account Executive and BDR teams
  • Design and run repeatable onboarding programs with ramp standards and targets
  • Own each seller's first 30/60/90 days, including product, pitch, demo, tooling, and territory certification
  • Codify and maintain the Stuut sales pitch and standard product demo flows
  • Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, use cases, buyer personas, and vertical narratives
  • Run weekly enablement sessions, monthly deep dives, and quarterly kickoffs
  • Build a call-review and coaching program with Sales leadership
  • Own and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handles, battlecards, and ROI framing
  • Translate product releases into field messaging and readiness
  • Build a consistent product launch enablement process
  • Operationalize the sales qualification and deal-management framework
  • Build role-specific skill programs covering discovery, multi-threading, negotiation, executive presence, and technical selling to CFOs
  • Define, report on, and improve enablement metrics including ramp time, certification pass rates, contested-deal win rate, content adoption, and manager coaching consistency
  • Report to Revenue Operations and collaborate with Sales leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a quota-carrying / sales-adjacent role at a B2B software company
  • Clear ownership of a program built end to end
  • Track record of building or scaling enablement from zero or near-zero
  • Strong instincts for sales messaging and translating a complex, fast-moving technical product into an actionable story
  • Fluency running coaching and call reviews with sellers and Sales leadership
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Willingness to be in the San Francisco or New York office four days per week
  • Experience at a Series A–D company selling a fast-changing product to technical and business buyers preferred
  • Background enabling direct sales with an enterprise motion preferred
  • Experience selling or enabling into AI, finance, or accounting preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM, LMS, conversation intelligence, and content management tools preferred
  • Previous experience as an AE, SDR, or SC before moving into enablement preferred
