About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of Suhai Consortium Products as a new line of business, serving as the focal point between Suhai’s sales network and the partner administrator
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Suhai Consortium Products, aligned with the Partnership Channel’s goals
- Create and implement activation models for brokers and the distribution channel
- Support Suhai’s commercial team in product offerings, negotiations, and relevant opportunities
- Structure campaigns, incentive initiatives, training programs, and engagement events
- Track targets, pipeline, conversion, retention, production, and productivity by broker, region, and channel
- Serve as Suhai’s technical reference for consortium products, including group rules, award procedures, bids, administration fees, reserve funds, quotas, and Central Bank of Brazil regulations
- Review product features and propose adjustments to terms, credit amounts, fees, and conditions
- Propose changes to the business model and channel compensation structure based on profitability and benchmarking
- Create sales materials, sales scripts, simulators, and objection-handling responses
- Lead the implementation and development project for Suhai Consortium Products, with a work plan, milestones, owners, and deadlines
- Design partnership workflows, processes, management models, and governance routines
- Ensure the administrator fulfills its commitments regarding support, training, quality, and deadlines
- Identify and communicate contractual, operational, or reputational risks associated with the partnership
- Structure consortium control reports and information management processes
- Ensure high-quality service for brokers and customers by monitoring SLAs, complaints, ombudsman cases, and NPS
- Ensure regulatory compliance and fraud prevention
- Monitor the market, competitors, compensation practices, and industry indicators in the consortium sector
- Identify growth opportunities, new products, and solutions for the distribution network
- Assess the expansion of consortium products to other channels and partnerships
- Build the business case for expanding the line of business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Sales Management, Finance, or Business is desirable
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial or sales functions
- At least 3 years of experience in distribution channel development and/or management, with experience in consortium products
- Direct experience with consortium products at insurance companies, banks, consortium administrators, or financial institutions
- Experience launching a new line of business or operation, including building it from the ground up
- Experience managing partnerships with third parties that own the product, in a BPO/white-label model
- Experience developing and activating distribution channels
- Experience leading incentive campaigns and productivity initiatives
- Experience liaising with external partners and internal teams
- Experience in project management and new-business implementation
- Knowledge of compensation modeling and product profitability
- Knowledge of process and workflow design, including broker and customer journeys
- Knowledge of product marketing and commercial communications
