About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate onboarding, including background checks, I-9s, HRIS setup and paperwork
  • Handle off-boarding logistics, including exit paperwork and system access
  • Maintain accurate team member records and regularly audit HRIS data
  • Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues
  • Track leaves and status changes
  • Handle employment verifications
  • Prepare HR documents, letters and communications
  • Support benefits administration, including changes, billing and reconciliation
  • Generate recurring reports
  • Support compliance audits and track HR deadlines
  • Support HR projects, policy updates, engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance and vendors
  • Coordinate team meetings and events from setup to cleanup
  • Assist with team member requests and other HR tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration or a similar administrative role
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Team-first mindset
  • Required location: Denver, CO
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered
