Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess the current HR landscape and identify compliance, process, and governance gaps.
  • Simplify, standardize and digitize HR processes, including modernization of the payroll.
  • Build a data-driven HR function with measurable business impact.
  • Build capability for the future.
  • Ensure full compliance with Swedish labour law, collective agreements, and internal regulations.
  • Partner effectively with business leaders during a period of change and transformation.
  • Balance strategic thinking with willingness to personally execute operational work.
  • Challenge legacy practices and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Support organization in Employee Life Cycle stages with focus on talent attraction, employee engagement, performance management, recognition, career, and successor planning.
  • Lead, coach, develop, and motivate the local HR team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of Swedish labour law, employee relations, personnel benefits.
  • Hands-on in managing compliance cases
  • Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
  • IT competency with varied ERP, payroll, and other digital tools.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
