About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to Asia Structured Debt Vertical management, department heads, and team support
  • Coordinate and arrange schedules, meeting setup, venue booking, and logistical arrangements
  • Support client event invitations and communicate externally to confirm meeting times and agendas
  • Prepare and process reimbursement claims, invoices, and departmental payments while maintaining supporting documents and approvals
  • Collaborate with support functions and assistants within the Hong Kong branch and overseas branches
  • Liaise with approved travel agency or booking platform to prepare travel itineraries and obtain management approvals
  • Support frequent travel for site visits and meetings in Korea, China, and Singapore
  • Provide administrative support for onboarding and exit processes of team members
  • Coordinate arrangements for overseas visitors
  • Support departmental initiatives including internal meetings, client engagements, and team activities
  • Undertake administrative, record-keeping, operational, and ad-hoc duties assigned by management and department heads

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with extensive relevant experience and a lower academic qualification will also be considered
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Proven experience providing secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong track record handling administrative, operational, and coordination tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
