About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform cross-checking functions on daily operations
Process data entry in the T24 system
Process and check bookings of new, renewal, partial renewal, and uplift Time Deposits and Structured Deposits
Monitor structured deposits for compliance with Deposit Protection Rules
Maintain the register of customers’ negative notice acknowledgements and customer lists
Assist in training staff on existing procedures and practices for efficient fixed-deposit transaction processing
Control daily fixed-deposit transactions and customer applications
Follow up pending items before day-end closing
Assist with supervision and preparation of HKMA-related reports
Provide cross-team support for clearing and account-maintenance transactions
Support administrative tasks, system project development, drill tests, UAT testing, and implementation as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Secondary education with over 5 years of relevant job experience in Banking
University graduate or diploma holder preferable
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Hands-on PC knowledge
VBA, MS Excel Macro, and Alteryx would be an advantage
