About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the EU/UK partnership team of five Partner Managers to deliver revenue targets and assigned KPIs
  • Develop and execute the regional partnerships strategy with division leadership
  • Identify and win new reseller and referral partner mandates through cold outreach and event/panel participation
  • Drive growth and collaboration with existing partners through reactivation, enablement, sales, and marketing activities
  • Manage the full partner lifecycle for incoming EU/UK partnership requests, from qualification through signing, growth, and support
  • Lead and coach the team to deliver repeatable, scalable growth and individual performance
  • Provide periodic management reporting to the wider team, regional VP, CRO, and C-level stakeholders
  • Improve internal processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A minimum of five years of team leadership experience
  • Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or business development, focused on the EU/UK region
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Strong experience working with partners and alliance sales in IT/SaaS
  • Domain expertise in BaaS, embedded finance, and Web3 is a strong bonus
  • Hands-on leadership style, regularly leading major opportunities
  • Excellent coaching and deal strategy skills
  • Strong track record managing reseller and referral sales channels
  • Proficiency in cold sales
  • UK-based (mandatory), with preference for London
  • Willingness to work 2 days per week in the London office
  • Willingness to attend regular face-to-face events and meetings
  • Willingness to travel monthly in Europe
