About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and coordinate operational priorities for the EU/UK region
- Align local needs with company goals and processes
- Work across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams
- Monitor operational performance and identify bottlenecks
- Use data to recommend practical improvements
- Build and maintain processes, documentation, and controls
- Coordinate regional initiatives, projects, and launches
- Track owners, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Gather feedback from regional teams and share relevant insights
- Support regional planning, resource allocation, and reporting
- Help teams prepare for changes in local requirements, business priorities, or operating conditions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years in operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced international fintech or regtech company
- Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams and executing complex regional initiatives from inception to delivery
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Ability to evaluate proposals, design high-impact initiatives, and contribute to decision-making alongside regional heads and C-level executives
- Ability to define measurable targets (OKRs/KPIs), monitor progress, and achieve tangible results
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, resolve cross-team friction, and foster alignment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
