About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run sprint and release cadences, including planning, grooming, demos, retrospectives, and release coordination
  • Keep work moving and unblock the team
  • Ensure the team follows through on commitments
  • Track team workload, responsibilities, and actual capacity
  • Use workload visibility to optimize capacity and push back on new requests when needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for an agreed set of stakeholder requests
  • Understand stakeholder needs and underlying reasons
  • Translate requests into actionable requirements for engineers and analysts
  • Report on delivery, including completed work, delays, reasons, and relevant trends
  • Coordinate the Salesforce platform supporting the sales organization
  • Support optimization of existing processes and rollout of new ones
  • Help migrate the CSM team and post-sales process onto Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in project or delivery management on a technical product or platform team
  • Real ownership of a backlog rather than task administration
  • Solid command of sprint and release practices
  • Experience running planning and grooming
  • Ability to turn stakeholder requests into clear requirements
  • Ability to distinguish a request from the underlying problem
  • Ability to write requirements requiring minimal clarification
  • Ability to push back on senior stakeholders and explain trade-offs
  • Structured written communication in English
  • Bias toward asynchronous work, including written updates, recorded walkthroughs, and shared documents
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce custom objects, flows, or validation rules is advantageous
  • Experience as a Salesforce business analyst is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools such as CPQ, lead routing, sales enablement, and revenue reporting
