About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own go-to-market plans for new product launches from concept through launch and early performance
- Define launch tiers and match each launch to the appropriate level of investment
- Plan new customer motions, including offer construction, quiz placement, landing pages, paid creative, first-order economics, and conversion impact
- Plan active subscriber motions, including attach, upgrade, swap, portal and email surfaces, SKU cannibalization, incremental LTV, and migration plans
- Define pricing and packaging recommendations with R&D, Supply Chain, Digital Product, Creative, and Finance
- Write merchandising and promotional inputs for PDP content, quiz placement, SKU and bundle setup, promo mechanics, and portal flows
- Define pre-launch measurement plans, success criteria, metrics, and reporting methods
- Report launch performance and turn findings into a repeatable go-to-market playbook
- Coordinate launch and campaign timelines across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Retention, and Customer Care
- Take integrated campaigns to market across paid, email/CRM, organic social, content, and PR
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Report to the VP of Growth Marketing; individual contributor with no direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles, ideally in CPG or DTC
- Proven experience leading product launches end-to-end, including pricing and packaging decisions
- Experience launching on a subscription commerce stack, including brand pages, PDPs, quiz, SKU and bundle setup, promo mechanics, and subscriber portal flows
- Experience writing merchandising and promotional inputs for design and product teams
- Experience marketing to both new customers and an existing subscriber base, including attach, upgrade, and swap
- Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across paid, email/CRM, organic social, and content
- Working understanding of unit economics and pricing frameworks
- Ability to define success criteria and the measurement plan before a launch
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Digital Product & Engineering, Analytics, R&D, Supply Chain, and Creative without formal authority
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches and campaigns in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Strong written communication for briefs, launch plans, and cross-functional updates
