About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the day-to-day customer contact for asset performance, availability, incidents, warranty topics and regular performance meetings
- Monitor LTSA and SLA commitments, KPIs, invoicing and payments
- Identify contractual risks and opportunities early
- Support the development and implementation of European O&M processes, SOPs, templates, reporting standards and KPI frameworks
- Lead country-by-country process roll-outs, including planning, training, go-lives, adoption tracking and corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance planning, spare parts, service partners and cross-country initiatives
- Escalate blockers when needed
- Prepare performance reporting and dashboards
- Turn operational data, customer feedback and lessons learned into improvement projects
- Connect customers, local O&M teams and the European O&M organisation to support energy storage asset performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in engineering, business or a related technical discipline
- Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus
- Experience in O&M asset management, process implementation or project delivery within energy, renewables or a comparable technical environment
- Solid understanding of ESS/BESS technologies, including batteries, PCS/inverters, EMS and grid connection
- Understanding of commercial contracts, warranties, SLAs, penalties and risk allocation
- Ability to assess root cause analyses and SCADA data
- Analytical, structured and commercially minded
- Strong planning, reporting and stakeholder-management skills
- Confident English communication at C1 level
- Additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
