About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Empathize with customers and discuss their health and wellness goals in relation to Sunlighten's infrared saunas
- Explain the benefits of Sunlighten's infrared technology and earn customers' business
- Capitalize on hot leads from multiple marketing channels
- Re-engage unconverted leads through reach-back calls
- Identify target customers and conduct manual dials to generate new leads
- Manage dozens of simultaneous customer touchpoints and prioritize opportunities
- Use Salesforce CRM to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Complete sales transactions, terms of sale, and service agreements
- Prepare contracts and submit orders
- Collaborate with departments and managers to ensure accurate order processing and product distribution
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Perform proactively as a high-performing sales team member
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must live in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas, or Tennessee
- Availability to start on October 26th, 2026
- 1+ year of telephone sales experience
- Proven track record of sales success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field; High School Diploma/GED plus relevant work experience will be considered
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Extremely tech savvy
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and reach appropriate resolutions in varied situations
- Self-motivated, competitive, naturally curious, and a problem solver
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for closing deals
- Above-average communication and interpersonal skills
