About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the area’s AI and Predictive Modeling agenda by identifying bottlenecks that can be optimized through Machine Learning and intelligent automation
Develop, train, and deploy advanced analytical models for classification, regression, time series, clustering, churn, and LTV
Ensure statistical and methodological rigor in hypothesis testing, A/B experiments, and statistical analyses
Serve as the technical focal point for AI, guiding the team on system and model integrations through APIs
Develop dashboards using Streamlit, Dash, Gradio, or similar tools for model monitoring and data visualization
Translate complex technical and mathematical concepts into actionable insights for business partners and leaders
Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines
Serve as a technical reference and support the analytical development of other professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer or Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or an engineering discipline with a strong quantitative focus
Specialization, extension courses, or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, or Data Engineering
Advanced proficiency in Python
Advanced proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, and TensorFlow/PyTorch
Strong knowledge of statistical inference, probability, hypothesis testing, and regression methods
Practical experience consuming and exposing APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies
Advanced SQL skills
Ability to structure and query complex databases efficiently
