Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and relevant channels.
Develop acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and remarketing strategies.
Manage media budgets and monitor CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B tests of audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and conversion pages.
Analyze funnels and campaign data, translating findings into improvement initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Content, Sales, and CRM teams to improve lead quality.
Build dashboards and reports featuring KPIs, analyses, and recommendations.
Ensure tracking and measurement through GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.
Apply AI and automation to accelerate analysis, testing, and optimization routines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Availability to work fully onsite in São Paulo, SP.
Solid experience managing paid traffic and performance campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis, performance metrics, and conversion funnel optimization.
Experience managing budgets and analyzing media return on investment.
Knowledge and practical application of artificial intelligence in professional activities.
Preferred: experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B acquisition campaigns.
Preferred: experience in financial services, investments, financial education, or media companies.
Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, and SQL.
Preferred: experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Preferred: knowledge of Conversion API (CAPI), pixels, and advanced measurement.
Preferred: experience with revenue-driven growth strategies and qualified lead generation.
