About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own replenishment parameters and Oracle logic for an assigned product category
- Manage replenishment flows from distribution centers to branches
- Monitor inventory levels and address warehouse imbalances
- Communicate inventory risks to warehouse teams, installation operations, and leadership
- Provide scenario analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
- Partner with Supply Planners on distribution-center constraints and parameter adjustments
- Integrate with Demand Planners regarding NPIs, volume shifts, and demand assumptions
- Own initial stocking orders for NPIs
- Partner with field warehouses, traveling crews, and operations leaders
- Serve as the primary replenishment contact for branch operations
- Mentor Replenishment Planners
- Lead process-improvement projects involving MRF handling, replenishment accuracy, or warehouse communication
- Develop product knowledge to validate requests and anticipate issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of replenishment, planning, or operations experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Strong Excel/SQL skills for replenishment analytics
- Experience with NPIs, safety stock strategies, and inventory risk management
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Proven ability to anticipate and resolve field concerns
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
