Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven sales or customer service experience with measurable success
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts (including a weekend day)
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professionalism in high-stress conversations
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen (including THC/marijuana) is required
  • Comfortable working toward metrics and performance expectations
  • Confident redirecting conversations
  • Resilient under pressure
  • Experience in behavioral health is helpful but not required
