Design, develop, and optimize complex Azure SQL databases
Lead database projects and troubleshoot performance issues
Build and maintain autonomous, multi-agent AI systems that reason, plan, execute tasks, and collaborate with systems and humans
Perform prompt engineering and build RAG pipelines
Maintain and support Microsoft Azure App Services and C# .NET applications
Perform data warehousing and ETL
Mentor junior developers
Write technical documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Arizona residency with your city on your resume
U.S. citizen or green card holder; no sponsorship
W2 only; no C2C
Advanced query writing and optimization with Azure SQL and SQL Server
Experience with stored procedures, indexing, and triggers
C#, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, object-oriented programming, and UI design
Experience building AI agents; this must appear on your resume
Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of SQL, web development, and analysis experience, or equivalent
Preferred: OpenAI, Python scripting, and Agile methodology
Experience with RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, Microsoft OpenAI framework, AI-driven development with Copilot or Claude, and SDLC proficiency
Ability to pass HireRight background check and drug screening
Availability for an in-person interview in Phoenix within a week of the close
