About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Screen candidates for open roles using Lever, the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Draft job descriptions, post roles, and maintain the careers page
  • Assist with recruiting reports and documentation, including candidate stages and metrics
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives such as social media and campus outreach
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams
  • Support intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics
  • Gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment and different business functions and hiring teams
  • Support hiring of talent across the business, including future intern cohorts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and LinkedIn
  • Ability to excel and multi-task in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada
  • Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
  • Available to work a 40-hour work week
  • Available during core working hours from 9/10 am to 5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start/end times
  • Must be residing in the country where their school is located for the complete duration of the internship
  • Currently attending a college, university, or school
  • Internship runs January 4th through August 27, 2027
