About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in designing and executing UX research studies with researchers, product designers, and product managers
- Manage research operations, including participant screening, recruiting, and scheduling
- Partner with Product Designers, Content, and PMs to align research questions with roadmap decisions
- Develop research plans, moderator guides, and other research materials under team oversight
- Use AI to transcribe, tag, and synthesize research findings
- Analyze and synthesize findings and identify themes
- Document findings and communicate recommendations to design counterparts and stakeholders
- Update and tag the research repository to keep work accessible
- Participate in research rituals and meetings
- Contribute to real technology and startup projects as a fully integrated team member
Requirements

- Minimum 6-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week
- Must be currently attending a college, university, or school
- Internship must be part of an academic program or completed independently, as applicable
- Must provide an unofficial grade report
- Must indicate current year of study and prior internships/work terms completed
- Ability to work core hours from 9/10 am to 5/6 pm EST, Monday to Friday, barring pre-approved time off
